Shopping with us is simple. Browse our collections, select the item you want, choose your size and quantity, then click Add to Cart. When you're ready, head to your cart and click Checkout. Enter your shipping details and payment information, then confirm your order. You'll receive a confirmation email shortly after. Need help? Don't hesitate to reach out to our team.

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email at the address you provided at checkout — usually within a few minutes. This email will include your order number, a summary of your items, and your shipping details. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder. You can also log into your account and view your order status under Order History. Still unsure? Reach out to us and we'll sort it out.

Address changes can only be made before your order has been fulfilled and shipped. If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Once your order has been dispatched, we're unable to redirect it — so please double-check your details at checkout. We'll always do our best to help if you reach out in time.
